Tiny Treasure - Luxury Living on a 3x3 Lot

My latest architectural creation, finally actually being uploaded. This is part of a series of small homes that are designed to be luxury homes. I love big homes, but even my high end system can't handle them well, especially not with weather, so I've been looking into smaller homes more and more.

This one is a evolution of a starter home plan I made this past winter. It has a garage with a little workshop space towards the back. The garage opens into the kitchen/dining/living room area. Off of the living area portion of the lower floor is a enclosed garden area. The front door opens onto a patio that edged by hedges, and has a garden nook to the left as you walk outside. On the first floor there is also a guest bedroom/office with a small half-bath off of that.

As you go upstairs, you find yourself in a recreational area complete with a chess table and stereo [ I remember one, if I'm wrong, I apologize. ], to one side is a small attic space tucked under the roof. A porch opens out over the front entry, with a telescope for viewing stars, or your neighbors. To the other is the master suite. This consists of the bedroom, a master bath, and a small reading room that is inside of the enclosed garden.

The third floor consists of a porch that holds a hot tub, and a small stairwell that could hold another couch for relaxing, if desired.

Car is included in the garage, a nice burgundy sedan.
