This is Le Manoir Méditerranéen, it translates as The Mediterranean Manor:

This beautiful mediterranean home has 4 bedrooms, all with en-suites, a kitchen, a living room, a lounge and a study. There is also a pool area out the back of the house and a balcony area around it.
It contains absoloutely nil custom content and is fully furnished so you can play straight away, i have also removed all EPs and SPs except for Nightlife and Open For Business so even more of you can download it. So enjoy!
