49 Oakridge Drive

Oakridge Drive™ is my series of houseplans which I stumble upon online. Like larsson1970 (whose downloads you should see) I believe my Sims should live real so I use real houseplans.
Today I bring you a little beach home I built for a modern day pirate character of mine and I thought I ought to share it because it's rather cool! I especially like the watchtower! Very good for a pirate to watch their little cove, no? Hope you enjoy it!
Oh, I want to apologize for how high the garage walls are. I just had no clue how to build them so they were the seperate height... If someone wants to tell me and it's easy I'll give it a try and maybe re-upload it!



This house has:
- 2 bedrooms and 2,5 baths

- partially furnished (all plumbing, lighting, some electronics, and counters)

- style: Mediterranean

Please Note:
- Neveah's Modular stairs require you to not only place them in your Downloads folder but also directly into your modularstairs.txt file in the Scripts folder of your game. For full description, see the page where you can download the stairs!
- Crocobaura's stairs will work in your game if you do not have the file downloaded but you will not be able to use them in any other lot unless you download the file and place a script text in a Scriptorium folder.
