This is a large house for an upwardly mobile sim family. It has five bedrooms on three floors, and 2.5 bathrooms. Lots of landscaping may require a gardner! I used constrainfloorelevation false to build the third floor because I wanted the A-line roof to match up. The third floor is only a 3/4 wall, however, I play tested, and sims used it with ease. The most special thing about this house is a lovely recolor of the colonial bathroom by our friend Guardgian! If you need a big new house, this is the one!
