Come and live at our luxurious Heritage Manor, where you'll enjoy not only our wonderful activities but also the company of really nice people.

The Heritage Manor is a beautiful building in classic style with all the facilities you may ever need, including elevators in all its floors. Located in the greeniest surroundings, its gorgeous garden welcomes you to enjoy it.
With only 6 bedrooms it has become a very exclusive residence for the best society of this neighbourhood.



In the main building you may find the owner's office as well as lounge with TVs, many books for you to read, computer and coffee always avaliable.
Downstairs you can find the games room -table games such as chess, billiards, etc.- as well as the dining room, where delicious meals will be served at all times.
Upstairs, in a noiseless area of the building, are located our residents bedrooms. Next to them, the stargazing balcony where you can use any of our telescopes and enjoy the fresh air of the night.

Recently a second building was created so we can have room for more and more activities. A piano concert room, a classical dance room, a painting room and a crafting room are enough to entertain anyone!
It's been joined to the main building by an interior bridge, in case the weather is cold, but also can be accessed through the garden to enjoy those sunny days.

And of course, we have our own swimming pool and its restrooms are both equiped with saunas. Cold drinks always avaliable, to enjoy sitting outside by the pool.


What the brochure does not tell

• The kitchen has a side door, which is meant to be for service, so it would make sense to block it -to avoid residents entering there instead of using the main door.
• Each of the 6 resident bedrooms is -intentionally- decorated in a very plain manner compared to the rest of the building. Double beds and twin beds avaliable, private bathroom in each.
  They can lock their own bedroom so nobody else enters it.
• The office has a secret door which leads to a hidden mini-apartment, so the manager may stay for the night but still enjoy some privacy. It's not decorated as plain as the residents ones, and includes a little kitchen for personal use. If they hire service, the hidden part of the apartment won't be cleaned unless you change the bookshelf for a proper door.

Requeriments
This lot requires University, Bon Voyage, Free Time and Apartment Life. No custom content required.
It was created on a clean AGS neighbourhood (and the lot you get has never been inhabited) but a copy of the building was tested in my game without any issue.


Misplaced items
After uploading I found a misplaced item which I failed to notice during test time. The ballet barre is in the wrong position so it's unusable.
Please move it (using the moveobjects cheat to place it on the mirror as was intended) or simply remove it.


What file should I download?
There are two versions avaliable.
One is the Heritage Manor as presented here. Its price is §266,850.
The one named Heritage Apartments is simply a conversion into apartments because I've thought some people would rather use it this way. Apartments price goes as low as §413 and the landlord/landlady will take care of pretty much everything so your Sims will save up a lot in services.
You may use both if you wish.
