No trait requirement for Skill Books

This makes it so that writing skill books on computers requires Writing level five (plus a high level of whichever skill the book is about), instead of the Professorial trait (aka Chronicler) that the Renaissance sim aspiration provides – same as in my Notebook, in other words. Because I think writing manuals needs skill, and is not something that one can do just by .. aspiring.

This is an XML tuning mod that overrides the recipes for all skill manuals, plus the US English version of the text notification one gets when reaching level five Writing skill.



For additional translations I’d need the original text of 0x164FDA28 and the Professorial trait description (0xA13EBC38).

I’m aware that this makes the Renaissance sim reward trait pretty pointless, but IMO pointlessness is the very nature of all those Aspiration skills =P.
