1 x livingroom

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet (expensive), tub, fridge, kitchen sink, trashcan (not in the screenshots - made them before I noticed), phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. This house also has a chess game and a grill. There's enough room to add a carport.

Expandability: Not so easy - there's a pool in the way.


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, using Clean Installer should help. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
