A few months ago, I stumbled across some photos of modular homes. I was impressed by the simplicity of them, and figured I'd try my hand at making one for TS3. I chose a modern style, since large windows and contemporary furnishings suite TS3 very well. Summer Mod is the result of this first attempt.

With space for a single sim or a couple, Summer Mod is all about being outside. The deck off the side of the house has seating and dining space, and behind it there is a hot tub, more seating, a bar, and room for other outside activities. The interior has a medium sized kitchen, a small family room, bedroom with full bath, a half bath, and a study, which could be converted into a second bedroom if necessary.

I chose simple, mostly BG objects for the inside, and emphasized the medium wood colors that I saw in the more modern Sunset Valley houses. The few non-BG objects are listed below with their corresponding EPs. The most vital EP to have in University, since I love its windows and utilized them throughout the home. Other than that, there are scatted non-BG decor items, as well as the LN hot tub.
