Good day Simmers,

This lot started out with me wanting to build a home straight out of the 1990s. Unfortunately (or fortunately?) there are not enough objects and electronics in game to properly reflect that time period, so another modernish and relevant house came about. But I tried to keep it as traditional as possible. This home features 3 bedrooms and one home office (could be a small bedroom). The 3 bedrooms each feature their own private bathroom! There is no basement, as I could not find a plausible spot to place basement stairs (is there a mod that allows stairs to be built under other stairs while still retaining the stair wall? Let me know!
Also let me know what you think of the very classic American/Canadian home!
