Imagine a teenager cannot be adopted because the simulation doesn't allow so...
Good thing for them that I changed it, now you can adopt teenagers!

Notes
→ I enabled naming only for babies and disabled it for the others, as making a grown-up kid get a new name would have been awkward, but you can change that from the tuning file, or you can change their name from the city hall after adoption.
→ The social workers still don't take teens. I partially worked on that, but it was too tiring. I would appreciate any candidates who can mod for this.

→ The mod is now compatible with Tiny UI Fix! Reinstalling it is not required, although it may deliver a runtime mismatch report.
→ There are new, hidden tunables to adjust the buttons and the image windows. They might be useful for UI modders who are going to alter the layout of the adoption picker dialog.
→ The image for the teens in the adoption picker dialog now uses its own file. Previously, the image file for children was shared with teens. The default image is still the same, though.
→ The one namespace of the script assembly now contains both my name and the name of this mod, so that the namespace is unique to the mod. Previously, the namespace was just my name, and everything was contained within one class.
→ The button in the adoption completion notification now focuses and locks on the adopted kid upon clicking, instead of focusing on the social worker.

Tunables
NamingForAdoptedKidsOfAge → Whether the adopting parent should be able to pick a name for the adopted kid of given age(s) during adoption.
Options: Baby, Toddler, Child, Teen
Default: Baby
InitialNameForAdoptedKidsOfAge → Whether the adopted kid of given age(s) should have an initial name, only applicable when NamingForAdoptedKidsOfAge also includes the given age.
