A sim I made years ago, when I first started using cc. He isn't the most representative of my current sim making skills but I think he looks nice. I used base game and Diesel Stuff on him. Only his hair is cc.

If you don't want to install it, then the sim's look won't be affected too much, since I haven't changed any of the sliders it comes with.
