It didn’t take much until Shadee got to the pub. Dirk was already there, like always, waiting patiently like a perfect gentleman. With a wide smile on her face, the girl quickened up her pace.
‘Baby, you look great!’ Dirk grinned happily, giving his girlfriend a tight squeeze and a kiss ‘It makes up for letting me wait twenty minutes for you!’
‘Had to bring that up!’ Shadee pouted back, pretending to be upset.
They walked inside, holding hands and laughing out loud, and spent a few hours generally having fun. Still, as it became late, they both walked out feeling quite dizzy after having a little too much to drink. It was the first time that Shadee had actually drunk more than a beer and she wasn’t used to it at all.
‘You’ll…have…to…walk…me…home.’ She managed to say, overcoming a hiccup attack and grabbed his strong arm tightly.
Dirk seemed to have more stability than Shadee, he seemed quite sober and no one would have realised he had drunk unless he opened his mouth.
‘Sure, baby.’
Swaying slightly and barely managing not to laugh at every street light, they finally got to Shadee’s house. Dirk leaned in to kiss her before she got inside, but the girl grabbed his wrist and whispered in his ear.
‘Wanna come in?’
He could feel his heart pounding in his ears. Finally, after months of excruciating desire, he was going to have her! They walked inside slowly, trying to not make too many noises and Shadee flopped down on the couch, quickly followed by Dirk. It didn’t last long until he was on top of her, kissing her soft lips feverishly.
‘Are you sure you want to do this?’ he asked panting slightly and giving her the puppy eyes.
‘YES!’ she groaned a little too loudly and gave him a reassuring grin.
After hearing her approval, Dirk reached for his back pocket, took out a condom and tried to open it as quickly as possible; it was a little tough though as his hands were shaking like mad. Shadee watched him giggling and bit her index finger with anxiety. This wasn’t the romantic way she had always dreamed of for her first time, but her head felt too foggy to give that a second thought.
‘Come on!’ Dirk was already panicking at the stupid wrapper that was simply refusing to open. Seconds later, he regretted having spoken so loudly as a door nearby opened with a loud creak.
