The Sequoia - Modern Cabin - NO CC

This morning, I got a request from Evil Plumbob to create this house. It looked fun to build so, I put on my hard hat* and started creating.

This great "modern" cabin has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house has three levels. You enter the house on the second level where the kitchen, dining room, living room, full bath and cozy fire place areas are located. There's a multi-level stair case to take you to the bottom level as well as the top level. The second level also has access to a great large deck with seating and a comfy hammock. The deck also has stairs that lead to the bottom level's patio area.

The bottom level has two more bedrooms and a full bath. Each bedroom has access to the patio area. This patio area is great with a BBQ and fire pit area - Yummm, smores anyone? There's also a large pond perfect for fishing.

The top level has the master bedroom complete with a great private deck. There's also another bedroom on this level.

The Sequoia would make such a great vacation home (perfect for the Three Lakes vacation spot), or as a great addition to any neighborhood. As always, no CC or hacks!
