Ink and Dye Co. is a modern stylist parlor and tattoo shop.
First floor features reception area, three stylist stations and two private tattoo rooms.

Second floor features restroom and employee breakroom with kitchenette and two drafting tables.

This lot was fully tested with a Stylist Sim and everything functions as expected, all objects are accessible.

Lot size is 20x30, and is best place on a corner because the parking spots are on the left side of the building. I built this lot on Sunset Valley. I bulldozed the lot the Hogan's Diner is placed on and deleted the lot space in Edit World mode. I then place an empty 20x30 lot in the corner space and zoned it as salon. That leaves room behind the lot to place another 20x30 for the diner.
