Built on/for my custom tropical island, this yellow stone building is of a blending of architectures that's popular there.

The entry's sweeping roofline is made to impress, and the impressions don't stop there for guests!

The first floor contains most of the entertainment, as well as garage and nursery. In the main house is the half-bath, and a butler's quarters out back holds a full bath (as well as bedroom for said butler).


The second floor has the four main bedrooms, and two full baths. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, and the rooms for the younger Sims have 2 single beds each, and are reached through mini study areas with computers. There's also the main library and the tiny laundry room on this floor.


The kitchen gardens are a huge section of the property- the original owner had quite a green thumb. The pool's sculptural setting is a pride of this home, especially at night, when subtle lighting turns mere sunflowers into tiny suns.
