Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, luxurious appointments for Sims who can spend the just-under $135K, or an unfurnished home for just over $71K. Comes with a swimming pool and unstocked pond, and enough yard for small gardens.

The main floor is very traditionally furnished, with no high-tech beyond a super stereo, for the technophobic sim or quiet family dinner. Bedrooms lean more towards the modern, as does the basement den. There is a small nectar cellar below the den level as well.

No no non-EA custom content for patterns or buymode objects were used, though there is in the kitchen one item from the Sims 3 store B.Harvard's Water Collection Set

The front steps are Flabaliki's Alder steps (the CC search didn't catch these somehow) Quick Robin, to the Flabaliki Stairs!

The texture replacements for sidewalk and road and terrain seen surrounding the house are by me, from a neighborhood I'm working on that this house is part of, but I used no custom terrain paints in the lot itself, so it will settle into any landscape desired quite easily.
