So your young Sims are marrying and moving out? They're quiet sorts who enjoy the outdoors and a good book when not snuggling? Well this home is the perfect little starter for them!
One bedroom, one split bathroom, with outdoor cooking area, there's not a lot to do here but read, enjoy the scenery, and woohoo- which is what honeymoons are for, riiiight?
Furnished is a little over $15K, unfurnished is a tad over $10K in price.
No CC, no store goods. Does require Ambitions and World Adventures, even though MTS doesn't seem to have a doohickey for me to note it needs Ambitions.
