This simple mod fixes the routing issues with the Banquett Fan store item. It is broken in that sims cannot walk underneath it, now they can!

Modifies the FTPT 0xD382BF57-0x00000000-0x6118D53CC5AA526D file of the object.

You do NOT need to decrap this if that's how yours is installed.
