Zonko's is another Hogsmeade shop from Harry Potter. In the books students can buy various jokes and tricks there. This Sim variant is a consignment store, but don't worry - your sims should enjoy themselves anyway. They can play Smack-a-Gnome, enter a dimensional gate, summon a genie and more! Behind the shop is even a playground for children.

To get a 15x25 lot you can use either Inge’s Lot Sizes or easier to use Add Any Lot Size mod.

In case you have troubles with the Launcher installing lots, extract the sims3pack with Delphy's Multi-Extracter and put the package file to your Electronic Arts\ The Sims 3\ Library folder.
