12 Grimmauld Place is an old and gloomy house of wizards who supported the Dark Arts for generations. It is a place where Sirius Black and his ancestors lived. It was abandoned for several years and turned into an unpleasant dwelling teeming with dust, decay and various dangers until Sirius ofered it to Dumbledore as a headquaters of the Order of the Phoenix.

The floorplans and furnishings should more or less match the description in the books and the scenes in the movies. There is one story and attic missing (this is as tall as it gets in Sims 3) but all the important rooms are included. The house features 4 bedrooms - a master bedroom, the bedrooms of Sirius and Regulus and one bedroom for guests. There are 5 bathrooms, a drawing room, a "magic" room and a spacious basement kitchen.
All appliances were upgraded, only the upgrade on the magical wardrobe doesn't stick, so you'll have to do that one yourself. There are some goods hidden in chests etc. The Black Crest, Slytherin and Gryffindor banners are all in-game photos of my patterns, not custom content.

If you don't have the required EPs or if you want to complete the look of Grimmauld Place and add a muggle family, you can download a
base game compatible 13 Grimmauld Place from MediaFire . The floorplans are very similar to number 12, only the basement is completely empty. (Picture is included in the zip file.)

In case you have troubles with the Launcher installing lots, extract the sims3pack with Delphy's Multi-Extracter and put the package file to your Electronic Arts\ The Sims 3\ Library folder.
