This Grand Old Lady is like many of the homes that used to be in the Hyde Park Area. Unfortunately, they are disappearing because they are so hard to maintain and keep heated and cooled. This home has a total of 5 bedrooms, 4 baths and a powder room. There is an In-law suite consisting of one of the bedrooms and bath with a small kitchen, living and dining area with a separate entrance. The family part of the home has 4 bedrooms 3 baths and the powder room with a large open living area and a separate study to hide in to get quite moments away from the kiddies. This home is definitely for the upper middle class to nouveau riche as taxes, insurance and maintenance will be astronomical, however any sim family lucky enough to be able to afford it will fall in love. I used the Book Nook Kit in this build. Enjoy.
