Description:
Contemporary starter house for 2-3 Sims, furnished, with basement. Open floor plan, porches in front and back, some landscaping/decoration. This is an extended version of #08/08a.

1 x double bedroom
1 x single bedroom
2 x bathroom (1 furnished)
1 x kitchen/dining/livingroom

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, shower/tub combo, fridge, kitchen sink, trashcan, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. This house also has a toaster oven. There is enough room to add a carport.

Expandability: The basement can be extended a little more, perhaps also one or two more rooms added on the left side of the living room (would mean reorganizing the garden).


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, using Clean Installer should help. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
