So here is my first ever lot that I am sharing here!

About This Lot
It is the house from The Incredibles film, or at least is based on the house to a certain degree, and then my own imagination used to fill in the rest!
I used my memory and google to base some rooms on the scenes shown in the film - namely, the front of the house, the living room, dining room, kitchen, office, and main bedroom.
Though none of it is really exact - I just tried to keep the colour schemes accurate, and general layout and style of furniture.

The floor plan I used is based on City Aperture's floor plan on Newgrounds (link in Additional Credits) but I did edit it slightly to fit with my own plans and The Sims 3 grid.
I made bedrooms specifically tailored to Violet, Dash, and Jack Jack, for those who want to actually play with the Parr family, but they are perfect for any other teen/child sims you have

Lot Details
Built on a 40x40 lot and is a bit over 130,000 simoleons fully furnished.
Includes a kitchen, dining room, living room, study, master bedroom with ensuite, two children's bedrooms, nursery, bathroom, spare bedroom with walk in wardrobe and ensuite, laundry room, gym, garage, and back garden with play area, lounging area, barbeque and outdoor table, and pool
Has NO CC and NO STORE CONTENT, though the expansions listed as required are all used a fair amount. However, if you don't have one or two packs and are willing to put a little bit of work to fill in the gaps, it wouldn't be a huge job, as most build items, and a good amount of buy stuff are base game

One thing to note is that some of the rooms are a little bit dark. I did this purposefully to add a bit of atmosphere, for example to keep the living room cozier and I think realistic, which is also similar in the film. But if you prefer lighter rooms to play in, you might want to add a light or two around the house.

I tested the house and did not find any problems with accessing objects, but if you run into any let me know.
I hope you like it
