  • Made versions containing functionality from Cyjon's Homework Owner
  • Excluded members of the default family (robots, ghosts, untouchable NPCs, etc.) from appearing as pie menu options
  • Excluded sims who are off-world from appearing in pie menu options

I decided to grant a wish from the "Hacks and CC you'd like to see" thread. With this mod, sims can ask visitors for homework help, and learn to study from them. Additionally, teens can ask for and offer help to/from each other! However, teens do need to already know how to study in order to help someone else study - to get rid of this requirement, download askanyoneforhomeworkhelp-noskillcheck instead. Adults, young adults, and elders can help anyone with homework regardless of whether or not they learned the skill themselves.

Note that all of the following Maxis homework requirements are still in effect:
  • Children cannot do, or ask for help with, teen homework
  • Teens cannot ask for help with children's homework
  • Sims cannot offer homework help to children using teen homework, or vice versa
  • Sims cannot offer homework help to visitors

(Note that for the purposes of determining if a piece of homework is children's homework or teen homework, the game checks the current age of the owner of the homework, not the age they were when they got the homework. So if a child brings home homework and then ages up to teen before doing it, that homework is now classified as teen homework, although it may still look like children's homework.)

Game compatibility: Should be compatible with all game configurations

Hack compatibility:

Should only conflict with other hacks that modify when the "Ask for homework help" and "Help with homework" interactions appear. This modifies BHAVs 0x101F and 0x1023 in group 0x7FF4DCC2.

This conflicts with Cyjon's Homework Owner hack. I've released two separate +owner versions of the hack that contain the functionality from Cyjon's hack as well. You should remove Cyjon's hack, as these versions completely replace it.
