Walton decided to move his private estate to this old-fashioned housewife heaven. Despite hungarian home cooking and luxury space for gigs, nothing else is here.

Features:

House appearance is based on real existing project Walton Farms. Regarding this name is mentioned in description Interior plan was accommodated for community lot type.
I tried to show here rich historical hungarian interior with red and green palette since back story tells that Walton is from Hungary. Red and green are patriotic colors of hungarian flag.
Proprietor works here as servant. But that's for drinks only. Meals are self-served.
I was made this house not for only performing gigs but also to throw here parties where Joys could perform home cooking dishes. That's why this house has kitchen fully equipped. To make this kitchen work you need to have Icarus's Cook With Any Ingredient Mod and/or MOAR interactions. They both are unlock interactions for fridges in community lots. However, if you don't wanna use those mods, but your sims still like my idea to throw apron dress parties, you can use a buffet table there or make home cooking previously. There are three kitchen counters left empty for your culinary masterpieces.
Golf patch outdoors and classic music wallspeakers to support luxury inviroment.
Garage for three cars and four bike stalls.
Two small butterfly and one ladybug spawner.

Have used some CC for this buildings I recommend you but they are optionally to install
I used stack of logs that comes with TS3 Store Riverview. Since this lot was made specially for Riverview, this won't be an issue.

General tips to place and use the lot:

Extract zip. file to your C:\Users\...\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Library folder
For Riverview all is simple - choose it from your library in game and place it on Hidden Grove, 10. I recommend you to place it there and nowhere else. It should replace another Showtime venue that was set there by default.
For any other neighboorhood - just remember that each rotation of the lot before place will attach more spawning points. In this case you'll need to edit this lot in debug mode.
I used Buzzler's Builder Stuff to place kitchen appliances. There is no need to install it. Just don't change type of property, otherwise you'll be warned about their removal.
