Hi futuristic fellows!!

I'm here with another TS3 build... and this time I brought something different from what I usually build... something from the future!



This is a single story futuristic styled house, built for a household of 4 Sims (or more, if you want to add another bedroom).

It has this futuristic and clean style, with major objects from "into the future" EP.

First floor features:



- A Living room;
- An opened kitchen with dining room;
- Two bedrooms;
- Bathroom;
- Library;
- Game room.


The garage is located in the roof!




We don't have a backyard, because the lot ins't that big enough.... but, you can travel and have fun in the world itself!


NO CC used.

Even though, some store content was used in the build, nothing to worry about, the game will replace them if you not own the following items:

- Eath day set - It's a free store set (I used "topper" plant).
- BahHaus Archy Arch;
- Futureshock Loft- Vertical Slumber Stations
- Futureshock Loft- Clothing Containment System
