Welcome to one of the youngest cities in Simnation! Founded by sailors who wanted a quiet life and passed by great natural disasters... So where do you want to live? Downtown or the suburbs? Or are you looking for a fancy and modern house?

What's new in the update?
- Subways are now fixed. There shouldn't be any resetting while your sim is on a route;
- Kids can now go to school without problems;
- Sims are able to get inside of their townhouses. All the townhouses have neighbors (NPC);
- Some of the community lots have been refreshed: new lighting, new interiors...
- New transport map showing community lots and places of interest;
- A bit more tweaking - removed some useless stuff;
- Normal mapping on the sidewalks :D

Information
•World map size is 2048x2048;
•Populated with 28 families, including 93 pre-made Sims;
•World has 166 lots: 73 community, 93 residential - 21 empty lots. There is also a possibility to add more lots, including diving spots
•Townhouses! Let your Sims live with a private backyard;
•Varied architecture and interior design;
•Don't worry about the lack of EP features - you'll find everything you want;
•Revised textures - no more ordinary look of your save game;
•Generators are set up - go out and try to find what you need!


Compatibility
You must own Roaring Heights to play this world - only because there are many rabbitholes were placed right from this world.
It's said in the description that you have to need Lucky Palms, but I'll say you may skip this. I've mostly used only one item from this world - curtains. I'm sorry it's vital for me lol.

Also, I decided to use CC. One grid wardrobes are vital too When you see it you'll love it, I promise!
This world isn't compatible with my mod CleanWindows nor with any other that tweaks look of the skyscraper.

If for any chance your launcher says, "This item can't be installed due to missing resources, installation can't be continued", please use 3rd party software. For example, S3Package Viewer. This is very unlike to happen, but I still want to warn and inform you
