Hello! It´s been a really long time since I uploaded anything.
I kind of lost interest in building but I´m getting back to it slowly.

This is a lot I have tried to make many times but I fail to find really good photos of the building, maby because it´s been thirty years since it aired and I just didn´t like the reboot of the show (plus the building was different)
I couldn´t find any good photos of the interior either and since I don´t remember how the apartments looked I had to wing it. Please forgive me

This lot is uploaded as a residential so if you want to use it as apartments please feel free to convert it to a residential rental. The original building had more apartments but to keep in line with the limitations we have in game I only made six of them plus a laundry room. The door on the right upstairs is just a dummy door leading to nothing.... :D

All apartments have the essentials like bathroom and a standard kitchen so feel free to furnish it as you wish.
Outside is the iconic pool and some lounge chairs. There is also a bbq area with seating. The garages in the front are just there to make the building look more like the original but you could use it to expand the apartments on the ground floor if you feel like it.
There are five one bedroom apartments and one studio apartment.

The lot is 40x30
Furnished: 120.107
Unfurnished: 66.117

Apart from the EP, GP and SP used the following kits are needed to make the lot look as intended.

Sleek Bathroom
Blooming Rooms
Bathroom Clutter
Courtyard Oasis

You must use the BB.moveobjects cheat BEFORE placing the lot!
