Depending on the subjective viewpoints of players, Don't Tread on Me may not be a symbol that a fair few players with Diesel Stuff installed would want to have in the game, and certainly not when the shirt is worn by generated townies.

With this gamemod, the shirt, which was only ever for male adult Sims in the first place, becomes unavailable in Create-a-Sim even with the unlockOutfits cheat code, and also almost entirely certainly prevents townies and aging-up Sims from getting it by default too.
