Let Plumbots Tutor Sims in Skills

Background to the Mod
When Sims reach Level 10 in the Logic Skill, they can tutor other Sims in skills they know, with a social interaction.
Probably due to an oversight, Plumbots can't do this interaction when they max Logic with the Limitless Learning chip.
This mod fixes that!

How it works - Social Data
This mod adds the "AbilityToLearn" trait (the Limitless Learning chip) to the required traits for the "Tutor Sim in Skill" social interaction. This somewhat unintuitively allows Plumbots to do the interaction when they have the chip, where before they couldn't do it either way.

The exciting bit is that this is done via script rather than an edit to the SocialData XML, so it won't conflict with mods that edit that XML.

Requirements and Conflicts
This requires Into the Future, as otherwise there are no plumbots!
This shouldn't conflict with any mod at all, but it does edit the ActionData for this interaction on startup, so if for some reason another mod also messes with that ActionData, then there's a possibility of a conflict. But extremely unlikely :p
