Description:
Contemporary starter house, furnished for 1-2 Sims, with fireplace and small pool. Some landscaping/decoration.

1 x double bedroom
2 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining
1 x living room
1 x spare room (unfurnished)

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet (expensive), bathtub, fridge, kitchen sink, trashcan, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. This house also has fireplace and a pool. Driveway included.

Expandability: Spare room inside the house, or add a basement or top floor (not very hard and looks good).


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, try Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
