Here it is, the dorm your Simmie college students have been waiting for -- Raleigh Dormatory! Built in the 1970's, it has since been remodelled to give your Sims the ultimate in luxury and comfort. Each dorm room features a comfortable single bed, endtable (with alarm clock), mirror, desk (with desk lamp) and chair, all in matching Missionary style. Downstairs, amenities include a cafeteria (with seating for 16), a rec room (with a large screen plasma TV, two pool tables, a dart board, two easels, and several musical instruments), a night club, a large library with two computers, and a gym with built-in indoor pool.
There are two versions of this dorm house. The downstairs are exactly the same, as well as the second story (save an extra set of stairs in the three-story version, lol). The only difference is the number of dorm rooms in each -- 16 and 34, respectively. The difference and benefits:
Three Stories (34 rooms): Thirty-four rooms means thirty-three roommates. That means more chances to make friends (influence goes up!) and love interests. Not recommended for slower machines.
Two Stories (16 rooms): Thirty-four rooms means thirty-three roommates. Plus the cafeteria worker, plus the mascot / cheerleader / streaker / whoever. That's a lot of Sims at once, which might overload a slower computer. The story version doesn't have so many, better for slower machines.
I have about as slow of a computer as you can have and still run the Sims, and I use the two story one. It runs a little slower than most lots, but is fine.
Some previews:
Enjoy! ^_^

- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

About Me & My Policies
Hello, and thank you for taking an interest in me and my creations!
I've been a fan of the Sims franchise since the very beginning, especially of how versatile user-created content made it. Sure, the game is awesome, but making stuff for it, seeing your creation in the game, really made the difference.
So, without further ado, my policies:
I do accept requests, but reserve the right to reject them. FYI, I'm always up for a good real estate challenge. :)
Please do use my creations in your own game, to any extent you want. Use it as-is, change it around, add to it, take stuff away, whatever.
Please do recolor and/or otherwise edit my content significantly, and upload it to be downloaded with credit and a link.
Please do not upload any recolors or other edits to the Exchange, or to a pay site. If people are paying to download your stuff, then that means you're good enough to make your own.
And, here's the big one, please, do not, under any circumstances, upload any creation of mine and claim it as your own.
Thanks, and enjoy! :)
