This lot was built for Round 1 of QBUILDERZ's „Groundwork: A TS3 Foundation Challenge". I playtested the lot and fixed a few things before I uploaded it here. If you would like to see my original round 1 entry post for this lot (including making of, background story, pictures), please click here.

Lot Price:
Furnished: 70,971 Simoleons
Unfurnished: 47,368 Simoleons

Lot Size & Placement:
The house was built on a 20x30 lot at 67, Rachelle Lane in Appaloosa Plains (see placement picture).

Rooms:
The house is suitable for a couple and includes the following rooms
  • bedroom with a double bed, mirror, dresser, balcony and en-suite bathroom (2nd floor)
  • reading corner with fireplace (2nd floor)
  • living room with tv, game simulator and radio
  • dining room with fireplace
  • kitchen with basic kitchen equipment, food processor and dishwasher
  • extra guest bathroom
  • stairway (room) with washing machine, clothing hamper and dresser
The house also has a nice outdoor grill area, moveable fireplace and a clothesline at the rear side of the house.

Cheats used & Requirements:

Cheats used: Buydebug, Moveobjects and ConstrainFloorElevation

No Custom Content and no Store Items were used to build this house.

Requires The Sims 3 Base Game, Ambitions, Supernatural, University and Island Paradise to show up as seen on pictures.
