Heritage Luxury Dorm NO CC

When I built Heritage Manor, a luxury elder home, I had in mind to convert it into a college dorm for those rich young Sims who may want to keep living with all the commodities while they study abroad but can't afford a mansion as large as their parents'.
And now I present it to you.

It features a swimming pool (and restrooms with sauna!), a dance room, an arts room, a pottery room, a TV lounge, telescopes and a games room for their leisure time.
Also an study room which offers several computers so it's possible for them to write their term papers on time and, of course, a cafeteria where all the meals are served.

There are 6 different rooms avaliable, all of them decorated in a very plain manner compared to the rest of the building. This is intentional of course - while the dorm offers plenty of services, rooms are private and everyone decorates his own.
3 of them have a double bed, the other 3 have a single bed and a desk. Depending on what use each Sim plans to use it for
