This has been on my to do list for awhile, but once Rosawyn asked for a true default replacement for the Will Lloyd Wright Dollhouse instead of using Snowstorm's lovely clone I decided to go ahead and make it.
This CEP extra makes the base game Will Lloyd Wright Dollhouse, found for 180 in general/child, recolorable.
I also made three recolors of it as shown above, and yes, both states work
Now for installation instructions:
There are two files in the CEP zip file.
One is gda_CEP-Extra_dollhouse_DF.package which goes in the Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\zCEP-EXTRA
The other is gda_CEP-Extra_Dollhouse_PF.package which goes in C:\Program Files (x86)\EA GAMES\The Sims 2\TSData\Res\Catalog\zCEP-EXTRA If you have Ultimate Collection that would be C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection\Double Deluxe\Base\TSData\Res\Catalog\zCEP-EXTRA
The recolors of course, go in your downloads folder
Additional texture credits for dollhouse furniture Corel textures that came with my corel PSP x6
Just wanted to add to explain. This does NOT conflict with SnowStorm's house, or any default doll replacements you might have Or with Michelle's lovely reuvmapping of SnowStorm's house either. SnowStorm's house is a standalone exact clone of the original that is recolorable. It is a separate item, so this does not affect it in the least
