Food-like Coffees and Hot Chocolates

Description
A byproduct of working on the still-unreleased Bartender Serve Food mod, this is nothing more than a rework to try and make consumption of coffees and hot chocolates more similar to food. Effectively, they yield Hunger and Energy per sip, can fatten Sims on full Hunger, and can be left around (and never spoil) for others to take.

Coffees and hot chocolates are also diffferent in the amount of motives they fulfill: Coffees restore more Energy, but also much less fulfilling; Chocolates can fill up to 1/4 the Hunger bar a mug, but also more impacting on Bladder.

The other, , features are a chance to wash the mugs afterwards, self-deletion on community lots (configurable), and fast drinking if there is an interaction queued up. Sims may grab the mugs directly while seated. PlantSims also gain Water drinking them, at about half the Bladder loss for normal Sims.


Issues
Does not affect espresso cups, for they are covered by jonasn's Espresso Machine and Barista Improvements mod.

Fast drinking is 100% certain, but only depends on having queued up interactions.

CC drinks based on coffee mug have their own BHAVs, so they will be unaffected. I can, and would love to, create Semi-Globals to cover them if asked!
