This lot was inspired from a real estate brouchure I got from strolling in the mall. Nowadays, especially here in our place, small and affordable houses are in demand, yet the capacity should be also taken into consideration. Built on a 20 x 20 lot, this house can be occupied by a family of up to 5 sims with three bedrooms: a master bedroom, and two more bedrooms (one with a double deck bed). Splash of colors are used in the interior to maintain a happy mood for the family.
