City Fortress (From SimCity BuildIt) - No CC

This was another build inspired by SimCity BuildIt and the first of a set of four creations I've made that sit together in my neighbourhood. The rest will be uploaded soon



It's quite clear that my upload is very different from SimCity's. Although the lot is more of a fortress in SimCity's buildit. I wanted this lot to look slightly less grand and appeal as a residential property that was actually liveable for my sims as opposed to anything that stood out as too ostentatious in my neighbourhood. As a result of this, I did not include the huge walls or gate at the front. My lot is far less tall and of course, there's only so many tools included with The Sims 2.



This property combines castle features, but with an integration of Tudor style housing. I was really impressed with my own creation when it came to this lot, as I managed to integrate some features into this that I'd never previously built i.e, the watch tower, glass viewing box and the balconies that go around the walls, that tie the buildings together. I felt that this lot managed to combine an array of numerous shapes and has a really strong visual appeal to it.

i initially built the main castle, but later created the separate building at the front to represent "living quarters" for employees. I love the way they are tied together with the balcony. I managed to later do this with the garage too, despite the addition of a garage being slightly unusual for a castle, but I knew anyone downloading it would find it useful.

In my game, this is an apartment complex, with each building separated into different apartments per floor. Feel free in letting me know how you best you think this lot should be used and what your thoughts are on my replica of SimCity Buildit's "City Fortress". This is one of my favourite creations to date. I hope you equally like it!
