The Build is a one Bedroom Cottage Apartment Built over a 2 car garage. The first floor consists of the garage, laundry, mechanical room and entry. The second floor has one bedroom, 2 baths a open living, dining, kitchen and study area as well as 2 baths. This would do well as a home for a young couple, retirees or a luxury rental. It is built on a small 15X20 lot but still has all of the required amenities with the country ambience. I used the EP Adventure Awaits in the build. Enjoy.
