Well, this is my first starter home.

This was built on a 1x2 lot. It costs $16,825, and is furnished for one Sim and a guest. The backyard is empty, so there is room for outdoor furnishings or garden plots and trees if you have Seasons.

As the description may suggest, there is only one bedroom and one bathroom. There is one multi-purpose room which has a kitchen, dining and lounging area.


I am sorry that the size of the pictures are huge, I tried to shrink them down, but I am hopeless with graphics programs. At least I got the file size down.

This house was built with Numenor's AnyGameStarter, and the lot was shrunk with Mootilda's Lot Adjuster.
