I feel the title says it all. The typical suburban tract home is ticky tack because of it's sameness to all the other homes around it. The homes are also affordable and attractive. The Ticky Tacky Sub-Tracky has 3 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths, kitchen, dining area and a small den. It also has all of the plumbing and appliances except the stove upgraded to unbreakable. The stove is upgraded to better meal quality. It also has the necessary skill objects and basic garden plants and trees for your sim to hone their gardening skills as well as a pond for the angler.
