Have you ever heard of a creator named Michelle? Is your downloads folder bursting with her LACK recolors making your game that much more fantastic? Mine certainly is, and it's about to get worse!

I recently made Inge's automatic cash register recolorable (with a lot of help from Michelle), in order to create an invisible recolor. But in helping me figure that out, Michelle made a LACK recolor and as always I immediately fell in love and wanted all of them for my game. Michelle encouraged me to try and recolor it myself, and how can you not learn, with the queen of recolor herself helping you along?

And so, to give some alternatives to making the register invisible, I have recolored it in IKEAs LACK colors, complete with Michelle's extra LACK colors. It comes in 10 colors (Yellow, White, Turquoise, Red, Purple, Pink, Orange, Green, Blue and Black). Mix and match to your hearts content. I personally rather like using my invisible recolor for the middle plate, and just using the frame. I've shown a couple of examples of how it can look, to give you an idea. Combined with the invisible recolor, moveobjects on, and boolprop snapobjectstogrid false you can get really creative with it.

Requires my modified version of Inge's automatic cash register, which you find here. I would include it, but if I have to make changes to it I'd like it to be in one place. I hope you forgive me for making you go to a second thread to get the mesh

Michelle for the lack textures, and recolor magic. Thank you for letting me share your experience and skill If you'd like to see more of Michelles recolor magic, check her profile for countless great creations. I especially recommend her AL Woods/Malm/LACK recolors of Maxis objects, finally making it possible to create a home where objects match each other.

Inge for the automatic cash register object, a great addition to OFB. You can find the original object at Simlogical, along with lots of other great custom modded objects. These recolors require my modified version here at MTS, but it's still well worth a visit to Simlogical to grab all the other goodies.
