Level 1: Thug
Work Days: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun - Work Hours: 10AM-4PM - Wages: §17/hour
With no Mafia connections to your name as of yet, you will need to make a name for yourself on the mean streets of this city. Armed with little more than your fists (or maybe a baseball bat), committing petty crimes for low-level underbosses will help to get the attention of the mafiosi operating in the area. Thugs can be found on every street corner and in every pool hall in the country, and these angry young men can be turned into fighters for any cause if given the right financial incentive. Just be careful to not get caught in a fight you can't win!

Level 2:Weapon Smuggler
Work Days: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun - Work Hours: 10AM-4PM - Wages: §24/hour
You've started smuggling weapons illegally, moving them between various criminal agencies for the right coin. It's quite dangerous, as if you upset or swindle the wrong crime lord you could find yourself at the bottom of the nearest river, your throat slit from ear to ear. Therefore, keep your eyes sharp for any sign of unease in the underworld circles you find yourself moving into, and keep the weapon supply constant for those that request your services.

Level 3: Mafia Associate
Work Days: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun - Work Hours: 10AM-4PM - Wages: §32/hour
Associates are not actual members of the Mafia but rather anyone who teams up with them on a criminal enterprise of some kind. They could be someone who does business with the mob, including money-laundering bankers, crooked cops, lawyers, politicians, drug dealers, etc. There are also the Italian newcomers who have yet to be made, called cugines, and they play a minor role in the operation of the Mafia.

Level 4: Mafia Enforcer
Work Days: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun - Work Hours: 7PM-3AM - Wages: §50/hour
You’ve finally gotten the attention of the local Mafia contingent , and you’ve been given a position there as one of their low-level Enforcers, which means that you’ll be tasked with the grim duty of killing the mafia’s enemies, by whatever means necessary, and hopefully stay out of the eyes of the authorities whilst doing so. An Enforcer is a member or associate of a crime family or criminal organization that specializes in handling those who do not go along with organization policies, rules, or deals. Enforcement often involves threats and/or actions of violence, beatings, or murder. Enforcers are commonly used for collecting money from individuals who are behind or unwilling to pay what they owe. Some may work exclusively as hitmen or contract killers, either independently or for a specific organization or crime family

Level 5: Mafia Soldier
Work Days: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun - Work Hours: 7PM-3AM - Wages: §58/hour
The lowest-ranking members of the hierarchy of the Mafia and La Cosa Nostra are the soldiers, the grunts of the organization who do the majority of the dirty work. It’s the place where the kids start off: running errands, making deliveries, picking up cash, and generally sticking out their neck in the hope of making a name for themselves by demonstrating their loyalty to the organization.

Level 6: Made Man
Work Days: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun - Work Hours: 7PM-3AM - Wages: §63/hour
You have impressed the Don so much that you have been given the great honour being Made! A made man is a fully initiated, sworn member of a Mafia organization, holding the rank of soldier (soldato). To become a made man, an individual, who must be of Italian descent, must be sponsored by a made man and complete a rigorous initiation ceremony involving oaths of loyalty, the code of silence (omerta), and symbolic rituals, including spilling blood. After becoming made, they can participate in the Mafia hierarchy and rise through the ranks. Being made means you're bound to the Mafia life, but also entitles you to privileges like not being murdered without the express permission of the Don.

Level 7: Mafia Caporegime
Work Days: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun - Work Hours: 7AM-1PM - Wages: §96/hour
A mafia capo, or caporegime, is a mid-level leader within an Italian or Italian-American Mafia family, similar to a military captain or lieutenant. The capo leads a regime" or "crew of soldiers and is responsible for managing their criminal activities and reporting to his superiors, such as the underboss or the boss (Don). They are a vital link in the chain of command, coordinating operations like extortion, loansharking, and illegal gambling, and are expected to provide a cut of the profits to the family's leader.

Level 8: Underboss
Work Days: Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun - Work Hours: 7AM-1PM - Wages: §122/hour
The Underboss is the person-in-charge of all capos and soldiers. The underboss is sometimes a family member, such as a son, who will take over the family if the boss is sick, killed, or imprisoned. The power of an underboss greatly varies; some are marginal figures, while others are the most powerful individual in the family. Traditionally they run day-to-day affairs of the family. In some crime families, the appointment is for life. If a new boss takes over a family with an existing underboss, that boss may marginalize or even murder the underboss appointed by his predecessor. On the other hand, if a boss is incarcerated, the underboss may become acting boss. As bosses often serve large periods of time in prison, an acting boss will often become the crime family's effective boss. Even with the boss free, sometimes the underboss will gain enough power to become the effective head of the organization, and the boss will become a figurehead.

Level 9: Consigliere
Work Days: Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun - Work Hours: 7AM-1PM - Wages: §225/hour
You now have the don’s ear and serve them as their right-hand man, their Consigliere. The Consigliere is a close, trusted friend and confidant, the mob's version of an elder statesman. They are an advisor to the boss in a Mafia crime family, and sometimes their right-hand man. By the very nature of the job, a consigliere is one of the few in the family who can argue with the boss, and is often tasked with challenging the boss when needed, to ensure subsequent plans are foolproof. The boss, underboss, and consigliere constitute the top three positions and a three-man ruling panel, or administration.

Level 10: Godfather of Crime
Work Days: Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun - Work Hours: 9AM-3PM - Wages: §525/hour
Well, you've done it. After the previous Don was whacked in ... let's just say suspicious circumstances, you were asked to take their place as the new head of the Family. The mafia needs strong leadership now more than ever, and you've proven that you can deal with whatever threats are thrown your way, from both rival mafiosi and the authorities. Now you are the Boss of all Bosses – also known as the Godfather. The boss in the Italian-American Mafia is the head of the crime family and the top decision maker. Only the boss can initiate an associate into the family, however, the boss can give permission to an underboss, consigliere or a captain, allowing them to become a made man. The boss can promote or demote family members at will, and has the sole power to sanction murders inside and outside the family. If the boss is incarcerated or incapacitated, he usually retains the title of boss but may appoint an acting boss who is responsible for running the crime family in his stead or on a daily basis.
