What's Belladonna Cove without a Trailer Park? Located in the slums is my large trailer site, housing 9 mobile homes and communal living spaces.

Each home is identical in size, with equal garden space between their neighbours. Each have a open kitchen/living room area, with a bathroom and at least one bedroom. I have provided each with basic hotchpotch furnishings, giving each lot a distinctive and characteristic look and feel.

I wanted design a lot that resembled a total junk yard. What really brings this to life are the elaborate furnishings throughout the land, dumped all over the site. Ugly it is, but these furnishings allow your sims to live in a space with everything they need: outdoor lounging, games, entertainment and plenty of recreational objects to enjoy their hobbies and favourite activities, not to forget - build skills.

Each apartment is priced between $810 - £900 Simoleans. I built this to decorate my town and provide cheap affordable living for any families that want to embrace low cost living. Enjoy and let me know your thoughts!
