Get through college with style and pizazz!

Pink Lemonade is a pretty little house, designed for the girls. With an open living area and a cute little bathroom on the lower level, there is space for guests, while the spiral stairs lead up to the loft bedroom with its double bed. There is also a balcony for those juliette moments.

EDIT - If you don't already have marvine's spiral stairs, you need to download the lot file AND the anims file, either from her own thread or from here where I have added it. Sorry I forgot to include it originally.

The block is tiny, and there is no wasted space in the house, so the rates are as cheap as chips. The house is also so close to the action that there is no need for a bin in the kitchen - just step out the door to the trashcan! Or, of course, to class or into town for some fun.

The house comes furnished with the basics, and there are a few spots left ready for things like a desk or TV.

This is the feminine version of "Rather be Surfin", available separately.

Notes for Players:

This is part of my set of student residences for Uni, but was built with Numenor's Basegame Starter, so should be usable for everyone.

There is no real garden, but feel free to plant some flowers if you like.

The spiral stairs come with great animations, thanks to Marvine.

Sleepers in the loft shouldn't be disturbed by noise from downstairs.

The house has been tested for seven days. Let me know if anything doesn't work.
