Basic appliances included: lights, toilet (expensive), tub, fridge (expensive), kitchen sink, trashcan, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. There's enough room to add a carport.

Expandability: Apart from redesigning the whole thing, I don't see too many options. Upstairs floor, perhaps?


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, using Clean Installer should help. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
