Description:
Modern starter house for 1-2 Sims, furnished, with basement. Open floor plan, porches in front and back, some landscaping/decoration. This is an extended version of Newbie Road 08.

1 x double bedroom
1 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining/livingroom
1 x basement (unfurnished)

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet (expensive), tub, fridge, kitchen sink, trashcan, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. This house also has a TV and a microwave. There is enough room to add a carport.

Expandability: The basement can be extended, a second bathroom (with natural light!) can be added in the basement.


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, using Clean Installer should help. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
