Overview
I've been bitten by the Nostalgia bug and decided to Reinstall Sims 3. I've always loved the little lots in that small corner near the beach of Moonlit Falls, but felt they were kinda meh for starters or Empty Nest homes, so I wanted to give them a contemporary Revival (I do plan to go through and work on more contemporary cheap homes in that little street.)

This home is a basic floorplan I modified off a few I saw on Pinterest. I challenged myself to work with a simple limited palette and with only Maxis Items. I tried (& Failed) to only use Base/Supernatural items (that one Ambitions light was just TOO good, plus the clothesline...) The results are a decently sized basic starter home that meets all the needs of a sim without too much extra.

There's 2 files offered, one is completely fixtures only, and one is sparsely furnished to give a general idea of what can be done with the home. This home fits nicely into Moonlight Falls as part of the small affordable homes.

The lot details are for the Fixtures only version. The Fixtures only version includes:
