Burning Spoke Biker Bar (Bustin' Out GBA → Sims 3)

A lot that stood out to me when I played through the N-Gage version of The Sims Bustin' Out this winter, was the Burning Spoke Biker Bar (external link), the northern district's bar that the player Sim will inevitably visit many times during a playthrough.

So I began thinking for some weeks: "Is it possible for me to recreate it in Sims 3?". The answer turned out to be yes.

So now the old days of visiting the bar, and even to (sort-of) play its Smoothie Slider minigame, can be lived through again.

Objects on the lot:
• A Late Night-type professional bar.
• A Showtime-type jukebox.
• 2 dart tables.
• A billiards table.
• A shuffleboard table.
• An arcade machine.
• A "Whack-a" game.
• A couch.
• A toilet.
• A sink.
• 3 bookshelves.
• A bench.
• Various seating, tables, and wall decor.
• A wallphone.
• 3 parking spots.
• A banana tree and ghost chili plant, both of Excellent quality.

• Floors: 1+1 (when not counting the flat roof)

Notes:
• I swear to the Holy PlumBob that the original bar's bathroom in Bustin' Out did not have proper walls around it, as can be seen in comparison images. In fact it didn't even have any doors. I added gates to this reconstruction so that Sims 3 would be able to recognise it as being a bathroom.
